SV Hiking Group is back!

 

In memory of our longtime hiking guide, Jackie Kudler, our inaugural hike will be one that was a favorite of hers.  

We will start at the the Marin Headlands Visitor Center Parking Lot (Center is closed but there are restrooms in the parking lot).  We will take Lagoon Trail to Rodeo Beach to Coastal Trail up to the labyrinth.

 

For those interested in carpooling with one of the SV Volunteer Drivers, we will depart from Dunphy Park at 9:30am.  Rides are available to SV Members and Volunteers only.  Add to the Comments if you plan to drive or meet for the carpool.

 

The roundtrip hike is 4.5-5 miles and moderate grades.  Lagoon Trail has shade but it is full sun the rest of the trip.  Plan to bring a snack or lunch and we can stop at the picnic tables along the lagoon on the return.

 

Water, sunscreen and sunhat a must.
