SV Trip to Presidio Tunnel Tops Park and Optional Waymo sample ride

 

 

10:00am - Depart Dunphy Park with drivers, takes approximately 15 minutes

 

We will visit the Presidio Tunnel Tops Park Visitor Center and enjoy the beautiful park by walking or sitting and enjoying the view.

 

For those interested, SV will hire Waymo driverless taxis to provide a short ride around the Presidio Parade Grounds so that you can experience the feeling of being in the hands of an autonomous vehicle.  Each car can take up to 4 passengers.

For many users, they believe the Waymo feels safer than a human driver.  Here is your opportunity to find out for yourself!  

 

Expected return to Dunphy Park is between 12pm.  If anyone in the group is interested we can plan for a group to go the Joinery for lunch afterwards, everyone paying their own way.
