SV Ferry Trip to the Embarcadero

 

Here is the schedule for this afternoon trip:

 

3:15pm  Meet at the Sausalito Ferry ticket machine

 

3:35pm Depart on the Sausalito Ferry  -  cost for roundtrip senior ticket is $14.00.  Either bring your Clipper card with enough value or purchase from the ticket machine with a credit card.

 

4:05pm Arrive at San Francisco Ferry Building

 

Walk over to the San Francisco Trolley Museum across the Embarcadero at 77 Steuart Street. The museum is FREE and open until 5:00pm https://www.streetcar.org/museum/

 

5:00pm Walk over to have an up close view of the 45 foot sculpture by Marco Cochrane entitled R-Evolution.  This steel and stainless steel mesh sculpture is a temporary art installation.  

Between the hours of 5pm and 6pm, the female sculpture 'breathes!'   https://building180.com/r-evolution

She also lights up at night but we will not be there to see it, hopefully you will come back!

 

5:45pm Depart on the ferry back to Sausalito.  Arrive back to Sausalito at 6:15pm
